Trident Neptune Deck De-scalers

TRELAWNY Proven reliability over many years has made the Trident Neptune machines the first choice for de-scaling onboard ships. The machines will rapidly remove scale, rust, paint and other unwanted deposits, leaving a good surface suitable for priming/painting or coating application.

Scaling Hammers

Trelawny Scaling Hammers, in several distinct versions, are ideal tools to compliment our Needle Scalers in more demanding applications for surface preparation and coating removal. Heavy duty versions, with special threaded tips and pistons have proven to be the choice for "fracturing" thicker, tough to remove materials. Three styles of cutter-heads including Beryllium Copper spark-resistant, are available.

Peening Preparation Tools

Hydraflex

The Hydraflex has been specifically designed for hold carriers and cargo vessels of all sizes. The Hydraflex uses a combination of water and compressed air resulting in a powerful, tightly compressed jet of water able to reach up to 30 metres (100ft) with adjustment to the control valve.
